For your buyer, three steps

  1. They go to checkout

    If their cart contains an adults-only product, an “Age verification” step appears before payment.

  2. They prove their age

    With their identity wallet, or with their identity document and their face if they do not have one. On a computer, a QR code hands over to the phone.

  3. They pay

    Their age is verified, payment opens. The order carries the note “age verified” in your back office.

Frequently asked questions

What if my buyer has no identity wallet?

They prove their age with their identity document and their face, from their phone. This method is included and enabled by default.

Do I keep any identity data?

No. You only receive the note “age verified” on the order.

What if a buyer gets stuck?

They can verify again, or ask you for a review. You can then authorize the sale yourself through a link, and the order says so clearly.

How long does it take to install?
