Terms of sale
Applicable to Todis's professional customers. The service is reserved for professionals acting within their business activity; it is not intended for consumers. The French version of these terms is the governing version in case of discrepancy.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the sale by Kohex (see legal notice) of digital identity proof verification services ("Todis") to professional customers. Subscribing to any paid plan implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Plans and pricing
Current plans (Starter, Standard, Premium) and their pricing are described on the pricing page. Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable VAT is added at payment. Kohex may change its pricing at any time; the price applicable to a customer is the one in effect at the time of their signup or renewal.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Kohex never collects or stores any bank details. Starter is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. Standard is a monthly no-commitment or annual subscription, charged automatically until cancelled. Premium is billed annually under terms negotiated directly with Kohex.
4. Access token delivery
Once payment is confirmed, an access token is generated and emailed automatically to the address provided at signup. This token is not automatically resent if that address was entered incorrectly: it is the customer's responsibility to check it before confirming payment. If delivery fails despite a correct address, contact contact@todis.eu.
5. Term, renewal, and termination
Starter does not renew: the token stops working once its request quota is used up or its validity period ends. Standard (monthly or annual) and Premium renew automatically until cancelled by the customer, at any time, without notice or fees, effective at the end of the already-paid period. Cancelling a subscription results in access being revoked at the end of the current period.
6. Service level and liability
Todis verifies the technical authenticity of the proofs submitted to it (signature, validity, revocation status), based on the official trust registries available at the time of the request. Todis does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained within the proofs themselves, which is the responsibility of the issuer of the relevant digital identity wallet. Except in cases of gross or intentional misconduct, Kohex's liability is limited to the amounts actually received from the customer over the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
7. Personal data
How personal data is processed as part of the service is described in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Absent an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts local to Kohex's registered office (Besançon, France), including in cases of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
